Mental and physical connection

Metaphysical and spiritual teachers always have known that our physical universe is not really composed of any "matter" at all. A universe basic component is a kind of force or essence that we call energy. Everything around us is made up of energy, we are the energy. We are all part of one energy field.

Everything is energy, but in different form. Thought is a relatively fine, light form of energy. Matter is relatively dense, compact energy. Thoughts change very quick and easy but matter is slower to move and change. All forms of energy are connected and can affect one another.

Attracting Energy of Similar Vibration

Energy always tends to attract energy of a similar quality and vibration. Magnetic energy of thoughts and feelings attracts energy of a similar nature.

Thought manifests instantaneously, because it is a quick, light, mobile form of energy. Before manifestation of something there is always a thought or idea of it.

Thoughts change the balance of energy around us. Thought and emotional energy bring changes to the environment in accordance with them.

When we have an idea or thought in our mind, we emit an energy that will tend to attract and create that form on the material plane. If we constantly think of something we will attract that in our life. Unconscious ideas and feelings held inside of us can also manifest in our lives.

Mental visualization is a way of using our mind to get what we want out of life. Thoughts are pictures in our minds, and these pictures are visualizations. In creative visualization we use our imagination to create a picture of something we wish to manifest. By visualizing a certain event, situation, or an object we attract it into our life. Thoughts also have the ability to travel from one person’s mind to another person’s mind.

Using visualization energy is a powerful way of thinking that allows our thoughts to manifest into their physical components. Everything what we think we can do, we can accomplish.
